zbz6 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "zbz6", "we", "us" or "our" refers to zbz6.io and the company that operates the zbz6 platform.
• "Platform" means the zbz6 website at zbz6.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services accessible through it.
• "User", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or registers an account on the zbz6 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the zbz6 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your zbz6 account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback credits or other non-cash incentives credited to your account under a zbz6 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by zbz6 before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the zbz6 platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on zbz6 and to use any of its services. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. zbz6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

zbz6 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the zbz6 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. zbz6 makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. If you access zbz6 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and zbz6 accepts no liability in that regard.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on zbz6. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where zbz6 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, any balance across all associated accounts may be forfeited, and the individual may be permanently banned from the platform.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When creating your zbz6 account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. zbz6 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

zbz6 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal, after a significant win, or as part of routine compliance checks. KYC documents may include a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, utility bill or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by zbz6 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbz6 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zbz6 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password containing a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify zbz6 support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity

All bets, deposits, withdrawals and account changes made through your zbz6 account are your responsibility, whether or not they were made by you personally. zbz6 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. zbz6 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing 30 days' advance notice to the registered email address. If the balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the account will be closed. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed immediately upon becoming inactive.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zbz6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. zbz6 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or transfers from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (or as otherwise displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction (larger amounts may be processed in multiple instalments)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

zbz6 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Actual processing times may vary depending on network conditions, payment provider availability, and pending KYC verification. zbz6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds into your zbz6 account from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be involved in third-party payment activity will be suspended immediately and investigated.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

zbz6 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. zbz6 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, to delay or refuse transactions that appear suspicious, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Deposits must not be made for any purpose other than genuine gameplay on the zbz6 platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New zbz6 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms of the offer displayed at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only, are limited to one per person, household, IP address and device, and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered the required number of times across eligible games before any resulting winnings become withdrawable. zbz6 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

zbz6 monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to guarantee a wagering-requirement outcome (bonus hedging), making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay, and any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without normal gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, zbz6 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

zbz6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to active promotions will be communicated via the zbz6 website or by email to registered users. Continued participation in a promotion after the announcement of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on zbz6 are subject to acceptance by zbz6. zbz6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been opened in error, at incorrect odds, or after the relevant event has concluded. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

6.2 Odds and Market Errors

In the event that zbz6 displays incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed error, zbz6 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect price and to offer settlement at the correct price where this can be reasonably determined. zbz6 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users by email where bets are voided on these grounds.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are provided on a best-efforts basis. Prices, availability of markets, and bet acceptance during live events may be suspended or restricted at any time, including during critical moments of play (e.g., wickets, run-outs, penalties, goals). zbz6 is not liable for any loss of opportunity to place a bet that results from a market suspension during a live event.

6.4 Game Outcomes

All zbz6 casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — use independently verified random number generators (RNG) or real-time live dealer procedures. Game outcomes are determined solely by these systems. zbz6 cannot influence the outcome of any game in favour of or against any individual player.

6.5 Disconnection Policy

zbz6 is not responsible for bets or games affected by internet connection failures, device failures, or third-party infrastructure outages on the user's side. For games where a disconnection occurs mid-round, zbz6's standard disconnection policy applies: the round will be completed according to the game's internal logic, and the result recorded will stand as the final outcome.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zbz6 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with zbz6 in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age to circumvent zbz6's eligibility requirements.
• Using zbz6 accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for transactions that were legitimate zbz6 deposits.
• Attempting to access another user's account, zbz6's back-end systems, or any part of zbz6.io that is not intended for public access.
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content through any zbz6 communication channel, including live chat or support tickets.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 zbz6's Right to Suspend

zbz6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if zbz6 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to zbz6 or other users. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email as soon as reasonably practicable.

8.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your zbz6 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification. Account closure does not cancel any pending bets that were placed before the closure request.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from zbz6 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. zbz6 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching self-excluded players. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zbz6 platform — including but not limited to the zbz6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of zbz6 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zbz6 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any zbz6 content without prior written permission from zbz6. Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of data from zbz6.io by automated means is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbz6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the zbz6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond zbz6's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or data feed providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

zbz6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zbz6 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit zbz6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

zbz6 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal information is governed by the zbz6 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By using zbz6, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

zbz6 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and zbz6 servers. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plaintext to any zbz6 employee.

12. Responsible Gaming

zbz6 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. zbz6 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible via your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.

Your continued use of the zbz6 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using zbz6 and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and zbz6 regarding any bet, game outcome, account decision, or other platform matter, you should first contact zbz6 support at [email protected] with a full description of the issue. zbz6 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, zbz6 will work with you in good faith to identify an appropriate alternative resolution mechanism.

14.3 Language of Proceedings

All formal dispute correspondence, complaints, and legal proceedings relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted in English.
